Payment documentation

Create a HYPE payment plan, review each transfer and keep its matching Elysium receipt. Your funds stay in your wallet.

Create a plan

Enter the paying wallet and paste one recipient per row. CSV columns are recipient, HYPE amount and an optional plain-text label. A header row is optional. Up to 100 rows are supported.

recipient,amount,label
0x1111111111111111111111111111111111111111,0.025,Design
0x2222222222222222222222222222222222222222,0.05,Research

Amounts are converted into exact integer wei, with 18 decimal places. Scientific notation, rounded floating-point values and ambiguous decimal separators are rejected. A sender cannot also be a recipient in the same row.

Set an earliest payment block to exclude older transfers. “Use current” reads the current block from Elysium. Leaving it at 0 allows any confirmed payment that meets the remaining rules.

Pay from your normal wallet and copy that transfer's hash into the matching row. Building, saving or sharing a plan never signs or sends a transaction.

What a verified row means

Tally reads Elysium 99901 through public RPC infrastructure and checks:

  • The transaction and successful receipt have the exact hash you entered.
  • The sender equals the plan's paying wallet.
  • The recipient and native HYPE value match the row exactly.
  • The transaction has empty input data and transfers native HYPE rather than an ERC-20 token.
  • The receipt belongs to the canonical block returned by the current reader.
  • The payment block is at or after your earliest permitted block.

One hash cannot verify more than one row in a plan. A pending, reverted, mismatched or unavailable transfer stays unverified. The totals count only checks performed during the current page session. Reloading or importing a plan requires receipts to be rechecked.

This is evidence of a matching transfer, not evidence of the business agreement behind it. A successful Elysium receipt is execution inclusion. It is not a claim that the rollup's parent-chain challenge period has completed.

HYPE on Elysium

This workspace uses Elysium mainnet chain 99901, settling to HyperEVM. HyperEVM 999 is a separate network with a separate HYPE balance. Do not submit a HyperEVM transfer hash as an Elysium payment.

Elysium is currently in early access before its public launch. Public wallet submission routes can be restricted. The workspace can request a selected direct payment in your own wallet. Browser-wallet submission has not yet been confirmed end to end on the early-access network. If a request has an unclear result, check the original hash before paying again.

No Tally contract is deployed or required. No platform fee or custody balance is involved. The HYPE amounts in your plan exclude network gas. The tool neither swaps assets nor bridges balances between networks.

Primary network references: Kinetiq Elysium overview, connecting to Elysium. Public network documentation may lag early-access endpoints; this app checks the reader's actual chain ID.

Your list, your responsibility

Plans are stored in localStorage in your current browser. No account or server-side plan database is used. Exported JSON and shared links include addresses, amounts, labels and any saved transaction hashes. A plan link keeps the data in its URL fragment, but anyone receiving that link can read it. Never enter private keys, seed phrases, passwords or personal data into labels.

Public RPC operators receive the transaction hashes and read requests needed to verify payments. Public blockchain data is already visible onchain. Clearing a plan removes its local copy, not exported copies, sent links or public blockchain history.

Tally accepts plain EVM addresses. Review full addresses carefully against the recipient's trusted source before you send funds. It does not verify identity, wallet ownership, tax obligations or invoice authenticity. No claim of an external security audit is made.
